Scott has been actively involved in his community for years.  He is a past president of the Chamber of Commerce and the Lions Club.  Scott served on the Literacy Council for 20 plus years and is presently Chairman of the Municipal Water and Sewer for the City of Central City. 

Scott resides in Central City with his two sons, Seth and Hunter.
